my sister needs help

i need some sdvice my sister just fond out she is pregent an shes only 16 i know shell make it though it but i dont think she does
if any one has any advice for me i would really apprecate it thanks

Young mothers generally have an increased risk of having a child with a cleft. The risk is increased further if there has been a family history of clefts.
