looking for help to get a visa from the philippines

we are being helped by an organization in the US for angels surgery. i would like to ask if anyone could help us in getting a Visa faster because it takes months or years to get a visa here in the philippines. thank you. your reply could greatly help angel in her journey to living a normal life. take care all.
