Millenium grant funded leaflet

i have been granted just over £1750 to produce a leaflet on cleft lip and palate for children and young people. A major part of this leaflet will be formed by a section on questions and answers and 'my stories' and i would be most grateful for any suggestions on useful questions that should be included and for any short stories that could be included, the idea being that new younger patients and their families can find a story to relate to.
