Cleft lip

Hi, I'm Manuela and from Switzerland!
My two daughters were both born with a cleft lip and had surgery when they were 6 months old. The operation turned out quite well. Anja still has a quite thick upper lip, Nina's scar has healed very nicely. My worries for the future: If Anja needs further surgery when would you suggest it is the best time (age?) for another operation?
