Midline hard palate cleft of the posterior aspect

I'm six months pregnant. My doctor is suspicious that our baby boy may have a midline hard palate cleft of the posterior aspect. I have read a couple of books regarding cleft palate/lip, however, I have not made contact with someone who is personally going through it. Any information will be truly welcomed.
