Alaska, money, newbie, help?

Well, we just had a beautiful baby girl last evening and she has a cleft lip and maybe palat too. We are just beginning to become informed. I live in the Anchorage area of Alaska.Does anyone know about the doctors here and the surgeons? This is the first place on search and have already been deeply moved by the testimonies of successes! What a blessing. Of course we have no money and are already having trouble with nursing, she can clamp on but can't stay there so we are doing a eye dropper for now as my wife's milk has not come in completely yet. We are going to begin this lengthy process on Monday with making our first appointment, whew, what a process it appears it will be. Any help would be beneficial. Please send email, I have an older computer and this discussion page takes eons to load so I probably won't be back too often except when we get more specific info.
