My name is Connie Grande and I'am twenty years old. Born with cleft palet was very difficult, but with all the new procedures done today repair is very easy. And the outcome is better then it was years ago. Mine was very severe, born with no upper palet in my mouth and decline of my upper lip. My mother and father were in the same position as you are but when I was born they felt I was a god sent. After 13 surgery's and many opinons I Found one doctor in Toronto who was able to repair my upper cleft lip.Today my 13 operations could of been repaired with only two surgery's. I wish you could see me and believe all good things come when prayed for. I'am a healthy twenty year old who has a great boyfriend and a wonderful future ahead of her.
