RE: New Mum saying Hi.

My daughter is 14 months old and was born with a unilateral
cleft lip and palate. I know how you feel dealing with another
stressful birth. My first son, who is almost 3, was born with a
heart murmur in which he was in the hospital for 2 weeks. He is
now healthy and fine. Then when Toria was born I was shocked when
she was born with a cleft. I was hoping that everything would be
fine with my second child.



She has had 3 surgeries and she looks great. Now my husband
and I are worried about speech problems she may have.
