I know you probably would like to a suggestion on what to do about the insurance situation. But unfortunately I really can't help you there. I didn't have that problem. But I do have a recommendation for a surgeon you could use out of St. Louis. My son, Eyson, was born UCL and BCP. His surgeon is a young doctor who works out of St. Louis Children's Hospital. His name is Dr. Albert Woo. He does very good work and I do believe that the hospital can help you with the financial aspect as well. I have included a pictures of my son's before and after. We have yet to go through the palate surgery but he was so nice and the nurses, in fact the entire cleft team was extremely nice and helpful. All my questions were answered very quickly and thoroughly. I know this is a little late and you may already be talking to some surgeons, but I wanted to let you know that he is a wonderful surgeon.
