Dino had surgery yesterday. Everything went great. He's nursing good & seems not to mind the no nos too much.

April, congratulations on getting that surgery behind you! He looks great! Have any hospital tips you would like to share? We will be there next week! Baby Dino is in our prayers! Looks like he is getting big!

I don't have any tips. We had surgery done at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Everything from the moment we got there was wonderful. Surgery was on time & every nurse & doctor was awesome!! They really seem to care about you. They treated you like your child was the only one there. I'm sure your recovery will be alot longer. We had surgery at 8 a.m, surgery was done at 10. We were able to go home at 6 pm. It was a long day. I'm glad it's over. It hard to see your baby in the bed with an IV in their leg. It's for the best, he won't remember it & will be happy it was done at such a young age. Good luck to you. I hope he recovers quickly.
