FAMOUS PERSON WITH CLEFT DEFORMITY: BLAISE WINTER

Hello everybody. How is everyone doing? I hope you are all doing well. Anyway, I was wondering if you all can possibly help me with something.

My Craniofacial/Cleft Surgeon (Dr. Salyer: Founder & Chairman of the World Craniofacial Foundation: http://www.worldcf.org) is doing a fundraiser in Chicago at the Metropolitan Club (http://www.metclubchicago.com) on Saturday, June 23rd.

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a Special Guest for this event, one who has gone through some type of facial difference (Craniofacial/Cleft Deformity, facial injury, etc.) and is from Illinois (or near Illinois) because the fundraiser is going to take place in Chicago, Illinois.

I was doing some research about famous people with facial differences and I came across this website:

From what I hear, Blaise Winter is in Wisconsin, but I'm not sure about that. So, my question to you all is, do you know for sure what state Blaise Winter is currently in at this time?
