Infromation needed can anyone help ?

Since the birth of our darling son we have been touch by so many people & there stories of how they too have handled the news every parent doesn't want to hear. I have been blessed by a wonderful friendship here in Australia. I first met this wonderful lady & her stunning little girl though our cleft clinic as baby Charlotte is a uclp bub too. It is now I need some help to help my girlfriend though something we know very little about. Charlotte has been diagnosed with a cleft of the skull how bad I don't know, but information is needed. What else will this little sweet heart have to face. What op's or procedures will she need ?? Can anyone help with information, the Internet has very little more about animal that humans. I know that someone here @ smiles might have the information that is needed. I look forward to such post's.
