Before seeing the audiologist, the nurse practioner saw Vilija. She took a look in her ears and saw that one of the tubes was almost out, so she ended up just removing it completely. The other tube is still there, but more than likely going to come out soon.
Vilija has no fluid build up, the NP didn't see any.
Audiology said something about "negative pressure" ? Is that it? I can't remember now, I didn't really understand. This is the first time that there is an issue with V's hearing. Thankfully it's only minor.
So, we are going to see the ENT specialist next week, and set up a date for Vilija to have new tubes inserted. *sigh*... I hate surgeries!
Dr. C is going to do a lip revision in April.
