pierre robin/tongue tied

We have a 15 month old with PRS. (His cleft was repaired at 11
months) Current issue is that his tongue is "tied" and
he cannot lateralize his tongue. We are trying exercises, etc.
that we were told could help him. We are having no success, and
at this point, surgically releasing the tongue is being
considered. Any experiences with this?

Hi, My daughter Marissa is 6mo old, she had her tounge
'loosened' at 4 months, after about a month she started sticking
her tounge out. I was so excited.
