behaviour problems in older children with PRS

My best friend Ann has a six year old boy who has Pierre Robin
Syndrome. He had corrective surgery at six months and is now a
friendly, intelligent boy who has behavoural problems. We wonder
if it is PRS or maybe the fact that he spent six months in
hospital at birth....any advice from anyone? I can be e-mailed at
