about reconstruction of pallet

hi,
i am 24 yrs old guy from india, i was born with cleft pallet and lip but i was operated in my child hood for lip and pallet, then at the age of 22 i was operated for repairing of my pallet, my speech is now molar less ok, not too much complicated

but now i finished my MSc from uk, and looking good job but my speech always make difference in that. so i am now loooking for further improvement is possible or not, can any one suggest any kind of surgery or not? can anyone sugest good plastic surgen who can help me.
