What parents want to know

I am a graduate student studying to become a speech language
pathologist. I am putting together information that would be
helpful to parents who are about to have or have a child with a
cleft lip &/or palate. I would like to receive parents
opinions about what mattered most to you and what you would like
to have known or what you were so glad you were told. Also, if
you have any pamphlets or handouts given to you that you found
especially helpful, I would like the address on pamphlet so that
I might write and aquire a similar one. I appreciate the
