Hi all,


My daughter now 19 months old was born in India and had her only surgery done in India at 5.5 months. I touched base with a speech therapist here and she suggested that my baby needs some tongue cheek stimulation exercises. Like sucking liquids from the straw, blowing bubbles, cotton balls, candles, smear tomato sauce on her mouth and ask her to lick.
We are bilingual however she understands and speaks words in our mother tongue. she tries sucking thru' the straw.


Wanted to know if anyone has undergone this or even more.
