25 year old cleft lip and palate no insurance

i am writing for my nephew who has cleft lip and palte he is older he works but has no insurance he lives in the boston mass and worcester mass area is there any organizations out there that would help him pay for the operation he just needs a head start in the right direction i dont know why the dr when he was a baby never finished but now that he is older his self esteem is way low is there anything we can do to help him get the operation
