Newbie who is looking for some info.

I am 28 years old and was born with a partial cleft palate. I am fortunate to have had excellect surgeons as an infant and have lead as normal a life as can possibly be. The problem is that as a teen I discovered that my upper palate wouldn't allow my upper jaw to grow naturally resulting in an underbite. Naturally, I would like to get this repaired but am lacking in resources to go about the process.


I suppose that I am asking whether or not there are foundations that would assist in my endeavour. I have been looking into the process and went for an evaluation but the cost of the orthodontic work plus the surgery is prohibitive. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.
