Getting ready for another cleft nose/lip surgery

Hi everyone. I am 38 years old and am getting ready for another nose reconstruction. I am fortunate that the insurance pays for it. I do have a question though,my surgeon says that my jaw is asymmetrical is why my nose and lip are asymmetrical. I am not sure if it would be considered reconstructive sugery to have it fixed.
