crouzon syndrome

My sister has crouzons syndrome she is now 36 years old. I have it slightly big eyes and funny shaped nose. I have four children who haven't got it. What are their chances of it being in their offspring .They are 14, 12, 8, and 6. My son was born with a cleft lip.
