want information about speech problems with cleft lip& p

My son is 3 yrs old was born with bilateral cleft lip&palate.He has had two surgeries already.He also has been receving speech therapy for almost two years with very little progress.He also has had his hearing tested several times and it came back normal.Was just wondering if anyone could help me out or give me some information.Hope to hear from someone soon.
