My nephew was born with a bilateral cleft lip and is was fitted for the nasal and alveolar molding plate. Does anyone out there have a similar situation that could shet some light on how to deal with this technique before surgery in 4 months.

Wondering if you got any response. My baby (due October) was just diagnosed with a cleft lip/palate(?) and I'm trying to find out as much information as possible on nasal and aveolar molding versus very early lip repair. Anyone that can help...
