Confused - what surgery is done & when ?

My little girl was born with a cleft lip & pallet and it nearly 3 years old. She has been through 4 operations and they tell me another one is required now for speech reasons.
I would love to hear from anyone who can tell me in what order their operations where done, and what the result was of each operation.
I have been reading a few stories on clefts and I'm interested in the different ways that they are repaired and their outcomes.
