hi i just wanted to know if babies who are born w/
a cleft lip and palate, do the mothers have to go through a c-section or can they have a regular birth process.

Hi Shani. Yes you can have a regular birth (vaginal) when you have a baby with a cleft lip and/or palate. I went throught the entire birthing process without even knowing that my daughter had a cleft lip and palate. Everything was fine delivery wise. Hope this answered your question.
