second surgery to improve speech

Our daughter is 4 and had her cleft palate repaired at 13 months.She is now 4 and cannot pronounce S,G,C. We were to0ld that she might need surgery to push back soft tissue and also reinforce palate. Does anybody have any sugestion?
Any speech improvements tips.Thank You all.
