Talk, anyone?

I have been trying to find someone to discuss this subject
with. My two year old son had a unilateral cleft lip when he was
born. It was repaired at 3 months, but there are still alot of
things I just need to talk about. Any suggestions? I've tried
chat rooms but being new to the internet, I can't figure out how
