need help

sleeping on one side of my head to much as a kid. I am nineteen
now and was wondering if they had a molding mask I can use at my
age to make my head more symmetrical. I don't want to get surgery
but if I do I was wondering what they do and if it hurts. Also
the costs. I have always feared surgery and hope they have a
molding mask for my age 19. Thankyou for all your help.
