need a dentist for dentures for cleft palate appliance

I am 51 yrs old with a cleft palate who wears a appliance for my cleft that was back in the 50's I was in Kansas at the time and went to KU dental college Dr Lindquist was my orthodondist who is now gone please help as my appliance is over 30 years old and my top teeth need to have dentures I work with the public I am in car sales. I have never let my problem hinder me as I grew up my parents did not let me be diffrent from anyone else.
