oronasal fistula

After five operation my son has an oronasal fistula, when is better operate after or before the orthodontist treatement?Is better to wait after twenty years old ?

Unfortunately I don't have an answer to your
questions as we are experiencing the same type of
problem. My son has had two unsuccessful repairs. If you don't mind me asking, Has the
oronasal fistula affected your child's speech?
