Insurance won't cover

I was born with a cleft lip and palate. I am now 23 years old. I had several surgeries when I was young, but never a pharyngeal flap surgery. My speech is far from normal. I have finally decided to have surgery again, but my insurance company refuses to cover it, because they claim "it is cosmetic." It is affecting my entire life and I don't know what, if anything I can do. Help!!

I soooo know what u mean. I get my surgeries for free BUT my mom and I have no home. Well please write me at m personal email and tell me and we can talk or something.
