2nd Circuit Court of Appeals Cleft Palate discrimination is

Dear Parents and children with facial deformities,


Our legal system has done it again. Employers may discriminate against employees with cleft palates, although the second circuit court acknowledged there was wrongdoing it was "bad judgement" not discrimination!

The decision of the district court was purely outrageous. It made absolutely no acknoledgement of any derogatory act by the defendant.


If you are interested I will e-send an of a letter I am preparing for the EEOC chairwoman. Some of the remarks made by the defendant's supervisor are not for children.


If you know of the social torment your child goes through now wait until he/she goes to the job market.
