Cleft Palate Adoption

My husband & I are in the process of adopting two children from China, one born in Oct. of 97 and one Oct. 98. They both have Cleft Palate, and one has Cleft Lip as well. If anyone out there has adopted children at this age, and then had the surgeries, we would love to hear how things went. Thanks!
