Cleft lip/plate %

Just wondering what percentage of babies born with a cleft lip also have a cleft palate.

I read somewhere that is was around 70%. My son was born with both, but my brother only had a cleft lip and some babies only have a cleft palate. I also read that they are affected at different times in the pregnancy - the lip early and the palate a few weeks later.
