lip repair

we just had our son's lip repaired at 13 weeks of age. the surgery only lasted 3 hours and recovery only one hour. He was born with the cleft lip and aveloer and like 1% of his palate involved. we were very lucky in that respect. The repair looked good right after surgery but now 3 weeks later it looks as though the inside of his nose has collapsed. He also has quit taking the bottle. The pediatrician says it may be due to trauma from the surgery. Has anyone out there run into these problems? please e-mail me.
