Before and After picture......anyone??

Hello I'm 15 years old and I have a cleft palate and lip. I am
getting plastic surgery in the winter to srtaighten out my nose
and make my upper lip fuller and lower lip smaller. They are also
going to try to get both of my nostril the same size, and try to
clear up my scar. I was wondering if there is anyone who has had
their nose straighten out that could send me before and after
pictures. Just so I can decide if I should get it done. Also if
