KEEPING IN TOUCH EVEN THO' !!!!!

Postby Patricia S Davis » Sun Apr 25, 1999 4:10 pm

Just to let people know since I have not heard from anyone at
all. I have had 2 surgeries one in October 1998 and another in
January of 1999. October surgery was a success for nose revision
moving things from my ears to my nose. Interesting, at least I
found it interesting. The January surgery was a fistula repair
and it was a success. I will be having in about a year from now
another surgery in regards to an implant. So, maybe someone will
be interested in contacting me. Again, I apologize if people are
afraid of corresponding with a 49 year old lesbian from
Minneapolis. I do have feelings and opinions and even some
helpful suggestions once in awhile. It wasn't easy growing up
with a birth defect and then recovering from practicing
alcoholism and dealing with my sexuality in a small town in South
Dakota. Will keep in touch and may everyone keep healthy and stay
strong life is worth living.

glad the surgery went well. It's beyond me though why you had
to mention that you are gay. Who really cares? This is a cleft
site, I don't even know if half of these people are male or
female, it makes no difference.

I have no problems with that at all!!!!:o) You sound like a
wonderful person! Although I am not an adult with a cleft, my
daughter is 7 months old and has a unilateral cleft lip and
palate. She is slated for surgery of the palate later this month.
So I don't know too much about future surgerys. Maybe you can
help me more than I help you! I am glad your surgeries went well.
Your friend, Christal BTW, my mom is a 44 yr old lesbian in
Arizona, so I understand completely! :o)
